Welcome to Rahluxi®. By accessing and using this website, and by purchasing any of our courses, trainings, services, reports or digital products, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use this site.

1. Identification

This website belongs to Elvira López, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 27-25361376-4, domiciled in Buenos Aires, Argentina, owner of the Rahluxi® trademark. Its purpose is to offer courses, trainings, educational material, digital content related to Rahluxi®, numerology reports and holistic services.

2. Use of the website

Users agree to use this site responsibly, in compliance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. Using the site's content for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that may harm Rahluxi® or third parties, is prohibited.

3. Intellectual property

All content published on this site, including but not limited to:

Rahluxi® and Rahluxi 5D® Apometry
Courses, training programs, manuals, videos, classes and audio recordings
Texts, articles, designs, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, graphics and diagrams
Downloadable material, online shop design and content published on the website

is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Its reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, translation, recording, digitization, sale, partial or total copying, transfer or use without the prior written authorization of Rahluxi® is expressly prohibited. Purchasing a course does not imply any transfer of rights over its content.

4. Rights to images and audiovisual material

All images, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics and visual elements published on this site are the property of Rahluxi® or are used under the corresponding licenses. They may not be downloaded, reused, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without express authorization.

5. Access to courses

Once payment is confirmed, the student will receive access to the purchased course according to its format. Access is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to:

Share usernames and passwords.
Resell access.
Publish the content on external platforms.
Record, copy or redistribute the classes.
Share manuals or downloadable material.

Non-compliance may result in access being suspended.

6. Services, sessions and bookings

Tarot, Reiki, healing and energy cleansing services are provided in the format indicated for each product.

Scheduled sessions (tarot reading, Reiki and healing) are held online and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. They can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment; sessions cancelled with less notice or not attended will be considered delivered.

Same-day services (single tarot question, distance energy cleansings and Akashic Records questions) are performed remotely, without you needing to be present. Since they are carried out on the same day, once requested they cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Requests made after 5 pm (Argentina time) are answered the next day.

In multi-session packages you may cancel pending sessions at any time; the proportional value of the sessions not delivered will be refunded.

Numerology reports are prepared individually using the information you provide and are delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

7. Payment methods

From Argentina, purchases can be paid via Mercado Pago or bank transfer. From abroad, via PayPal. Access to courses and confirmation of services are enabled once payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days from the purchase or from receiving access or the product, whichever is later, without giving a reason and at no cost, in accordance with art. 34 of Argentine Law 24,240 and arts. 1110 et seq. of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. To do so, go to Purchase withdrawal or write to consultas@rahluxi.com.ar. You will receive an identification code for your request within 24 hours, and the refund will be made using the same payment method.

In accordance with art. 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to reports or other products made to order with the information provided, nor to digital content that has already been downloaded or accessed.

9. Liability

The courses offered by Rahluxi® are for educational and training purposes only. Tarot, Reiki, healing, energy cleansing services and numerology reports are wellbeing and self-knowledge practices, and do not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

Rahluxi® does not guarantee specific results and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other regulated professional advice. If you have a health problem, consult a professional and do not stop any prescribed treatment.

10. Minors

Purchases must be made by people over 18. Reports about children must be requested by their mother, father or responsible adult, who provides the necessary information and gives consent.

11. Site availability

Rahluxi® makes ongoing efforts to keep the website and course platform available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or events beyond our control.

12. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

13. Changes

Rahluxi® may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect from their publication on this site and will not affect purchases made previously.

14. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you have any issue, please write to us at consultas@rahluxi.com.ar so that we can find a solution together.
