What data we collect
Name, email, phone number, billing details, the information needed to book sessions and the information you provide for personalized reports (for example, date of birth).
What we use it for
To manage purchases and bookings, provide access to courses, deliver the services purchased, issue invoices and answer enquiries. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except when legally required or when necessary to process payment (Mercado Pago, PayPal or banks).
If you subscribe to our news, we use your email only to send you Rahluxi news. Subscriptions are managed through the WordPress.com service (Automattic), and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
Confidencialidad
The information you share in sessions, enquiries and reports is treated as strictly confidential.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your data at any time by writing to consultas@rahluxi.com.ar.
The owner of the personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as established in article 14, section 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
