Access is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Non-compliance may result in access being suspended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tarot, Reiki, healing and energy cleansing services are provided in the format indicated for each product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Scheduled sessions (tarot reading, Reiki and healing) are held online and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. They can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment; sessions cancelled with less notice or not attended will be considered delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Same-day services (single tarot question, distance energy cleansings and Akashic Records questions) are performed remotely, without you needing to be present. Since they are carried out on the same day, once requested they cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Requests made after 5 pm (Argentina time) are answered the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In multi-session packages you may cancel pending sessions at any time; the proportional value of the sessions not delivered will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Numerology reports are prepared individually using the information you provide and are delivered within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From Argentina, purchases can be paid via Mercado Pago or bank transfer. From abroad, via PayPal. Access to courses and confirmation of services are enabled once payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may cancel your purchase within 10 (ten) calendar days from the purchase or from receiving access or the product, whichever is later, without giving a reason and at no cost, in accordance with art. 34 of Argentine Law 24,240 and arts. 1110 et seq. of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code.
